Material: Shell limestone mo1 = trochite lime (Triassic period)
Mining:
Mined area: 4 km2
Pillar and chamber construction: Height of stretch 5 m, width of stretch 6 m, size of pillars 10 x 10 m
Explosive operations: up to 340 tons per round of shots
Mining yield: 1500 tons per day, approx. 360,000 tons per year in a two-shift operation
Use: Limestone is used for forming slag in the manufacture of pig iron and steel
Technical equipment: Drill carriage ROCKET BOOMER L1-C-DH from Atlas Copco, equipped with a computer aided control system (RCS, Rig Control System) on the basis of a data bus network (CAN, Controller Area Network); hydraulic hammer drill COP 1838 HF
O & K-wheel loader L 35.5 with 3.5 m3 rock shovel and Deutz engine BF6L 1013 CP (suitable for work underground)
Centre pivot steered Terex TA-30 dump truck with low pollutant Cummins engines
