In fact, compliance with the law and with our values by the employees of the Saarstahl Group is a central aspect of our corporate governance strategy. Our aim is to ensure that our high quality standards and our economic success are not achieved at the expense of fair competition.

By the “Policy Statement on Human Rights and Environment" we fix our commitment and self-commitment regarding human rights. The Compliance Committee takes the lead in assuming the tasks of the human rights office according to the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (german: LkSG) and handles complaints regarding violations of human rights within the business of the SHS Group or the supply chain. Complaints can be submitted via our established whistleblower system.
