Saarstahl AG introduces a whistleblower system

Under the responsibility of the Compliance Committee, an independent, structured procedure for submitting and processing reports has been implemented with effect from 1 December 2020.
All employees of the SHS Group, that Saarstahl AG is also a part of, and third parties now have the opportunity to use a process set up specifically for this purpose in case of suspicion of a serious breach of the rules.
Substantial information supports the companies in recognizing violations and reducing damage to our companies as well as to our employees and business partners as much as possible.
We appeal to the willingness of employees and business partners to report any concrete suspicion of serious breaches of the rules concerning topics as corruption, money laundering and anti-competitive agreements.
